Refunds

Because construction and exterior improvement projects often involve labor, scheduling, and material ordering, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once materials have been purchased or work has begun, deposits or payments may become non-refundable. Any refund terms will be explained in your project agreement.
If additional work is requested or hidden issues are discovered after the project begins, we will discuss the changes with you before moving forward. Any additional costs or time adjustments will be clearly communicated.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty details may vary depending on the type of service and materials used, and those details will be discussed as part of your project agreement. Warranties are specified for each project on the written estimate.

Hidden damages

Sometimes underlying structural or water-related issues are discovered once work begins. If that happens, we will explain the issue, review your options, and provide updated recommendations before continuing.
Permit requirements depend on the type of project and local regulations. If permits are needed, we will let you know during the estimate and explain the next steps.
We handle projects with our own trusted team whenever possible to maintain quality and consistency. Some portions of larger projects may involve trusted professionals depending on the scope of work, but quality and communication remain a top priority throughout the job.
Outdoor construction work can be affected by rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or other unsafe conditions. If weather causes delays, we will communicate updates and reschedule work as needed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate scheduling changes, but availability and deposit terms may apply depending on the stage of the project.
